Hydraulic Nuts

BELIUM BHNM hydraulic nuts can be used to apply large forces and the hydraulic nuts are suitable for the mounting and dismounting of large bearings or parts with a tapered bore. Because of its high pressure, BELIUM hydraulic nuts are made from high strength alloy steel to guarantee the reliability and life-time of the tool.

The main applications are as follows:
Mounting and dismounting of rolling bearings with tapered bore. The bearings can be seated directly on a tapered shaft, an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve. The hydraulic nut can also be used for the dismounting of adapter or withdrawal sleeves.
Mounting and dismounting of components such as couplings, gears and ships' propellers

BELIUM BBHN series hydraulic nuts are designed and manufactured for inspection and regular maintenance of flange connection. Unlike traditional hydraulic bolt tensioners, the BELIUM BBHN series
hydraulic nuts are designed to permanently replace the flange with a standard hex nut. Once the hydraulic tension force is applied to the bolt, the hydraulic tensile force is permanently preserved by the built-in mechanical load ring of the hydraulic nut.

The BBHN Series Hydraulic Nuts standard thread sizes are from M22 to M100, other sizes can be available on request.
